From the moment we walked in, we didn't feel the 'warmth' of a tasting room. However we didn't let that filter anything for all the wineries and tastings we have visited. First let me say it was after our visit to Owera Winery a short distance from there, which was amazing. Heard so much about this place from local advertising so wanted to visit. Where's the management in al of this chaos?The last pro was when we finally got our food for the seven of us, it was outstanding we were all very happy. There was no way you could fault her for our service. Our overworked server was very gracious and pleasant in spite of the impossible assignment she had. Every excuse we heard was that we didn't expect this amount of people?! The Pros: the friendly personable bartender bent over backwards to check on us and make sure we were happy, and she had her hands full. It's a Saturday, in the summer, at a winery, with tourists. ' the truck didn't deliver' and that excuse was just for cheese?! We were not in a hurry, but the wait for everything was extraordinarily long. The amount of items not available on both the bar and wine menu was almost comic. There was one server working in both buildings who could not possibly be that attentive.
